Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind Bienclaire Daily Strength with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your delivery date and we will issue a full refund — no hassle, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at support@bienclaire.com with:

• Your order number
• The email address used at checkout
• A brief note on what you experienced

You do not need to return the product. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Subscriptions

You may cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription at any time before your next renewal date with no penalty. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription, or contact us at support@bienclaire.com. Refunds on subscription renewals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are generally approved for requests made within 7 days of the renewal charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to decline refunds in the following cases:

• Refund requests made more than 30 days after the delivery date
• Orders where a refund has already been issued on a prior purchase
• Addresses confirmed undeliverable due to customer error (re-shipping fees may apply)

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship or refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and any photos of damage if applicable.
